Our modular approach to component parts allow flexible versatility and cost-effective solutions to heat exchanger design. Thermex Heat Exchangers are designed for easy servicing and maintenance, and a full range of spares are readily available including tube stacks, headers, seal kits and zinc anodes.

It is recommended that all heat exchangers be inspected as part of the routine maintenance program of the system into which they are installed. However, it is suggested that heat exchangers operating within their design conditions are inspected on an annual basis as a minimum.

Note: We always recommend replacing any seals with new during any inspection, service or maintenance schedules.

For full traceability, our products feature a unique data plate recording part number and serial number. If available, please reference these numbers in any correspondence requesting available spares to ensure compatibility of any components supplied.

Finned Tube Heat Exchangers

With over 45 years of innovative design and manufacturing expertise, Thermex has developed a range of high-performance finned tube heat exchangers. Our finned tube heat exchangers are designed to significantly increase the tube stack surface area available for thermal transfer by up to 400% when compared to units of a similar size. This results in a compact and highly efficient heat transfer solution.

Charge Air Coolers

Used on turbocharged or supercharged (forced induction) internal combustion engines (ICEs) to improve volumetric efficiency, charge air coolers (CAC) increase intake air-charge density through isochoric cooling.

Marine Oil Coolers
