Thermex swimming pool heat exchanger designs are based directly on our established range of marine oil coolers. Using the same proven design and construction technology, our performance-driven range offers an energy-efficient and economical solution for maintaining near constant year-round water temperatures in swimming pools, spas, plunge pools, hot tubs and hydrotherapy pools, along with aquatic pools and ponds.

The maintenance and running costs of any swimming pool represent a significant financial commitment, with heating being the largest expense. Our range of swimming pool heat exchangers include cupronickel and titanium options which have been developed to quickly and efficiently transfer thermal energy to water, minimising energy costs as well as offering effective temperature control and maintenance-free durability.

We have over 40 years of engineering experience and an outstanding reputation for manufacturing reliable heat transfer products, including our range of swimming pool heat exchangers. This range is compatible with most indirect heating systems including solar, heat pump (air or ground), and direct resistance heating systems, as well as traditional gas, wood or oil burning boilers.

Specifically designed for smaller bodies of water such as hot tubs, jacuzzis and spas, the SPHx SPA unit (D23097101) features compact design and outstanding performance. The titanium tube stack combines reliable, maintenance-free operation with fast and efficient heat transfer – considerably reducing energy costs.

Utilising water in postoperative rehabilitation and treatment of various conditions, such as arthritis and related rheumatic complaints, it’s important to maintain water temperatures between 32-36°C. Our advanced thermal management products can help provide long-term reliability with minimal maintenance.
