Shell & Tube Water Heat Exchangers

The Thermex 2000 Series of Shell and Tube Water Heat Exchangers provide an ideal cooling solution for transmission and hydraulic oil on a wide variety of Marine and Industrial applications.

Thermex Shell & Tube Water Heat Exchangers are manufactured using a floating tube stack design that prevents premature failure as a result of thermal expansion fatigue.

The Thermex 2000 and 8000 Series Heat Exchangers can be fitted with either superior grade Gun metal or Glass Filled Nylon header tanks.

Thermex Tube Stacks are manufactured from 90/10 CuNi tube and Naval Brass tube plates. These can be upgraded using 70/30 CuNi tubes and 90/10 CuNi tube plates for applications operating in heavily polluted waters.

Finned tube stacks are available for those applications requiring a higher level of thermal performance.
