Thermex 2000 Series of Shell and Tube Oil Coolers provide an ideal cooling solution for transmission and hydraulic oil on a wide variety of Marine, Industrial and Rail applications.
The unique floating tube stack design prevents premature failure as a result of vibration or thermal expansion fatigue and has a proven extended lifetime in demanding applications such as hydraulic cranes and winches.
Thermex Shell & Tube Water Heat Exchangers are manufactured using a floating tube stack design that prevents premature failure as a result of thermal expansion fatigue.
The Thermex 2000 and 8000 Series Heat Exchangers can be fitted with either superior grade Gun metal or Glass Filled Nylon header tanks.
Standard Manufacture is with 90/10 CuNi tubes with Naval Brass tube plates which can be upgraded to 70/30 CuNi tubes and 90/10 CuNi tube plates for coolers operating in an aggressive or contaminated environment.
Finned tube stacks are available for those applications requiring a higher level of thermal performance.
